I have a VW beetle 2009. I came in because my check engine light was on and my car was running rough. Their staff was nice, courteous, and very knowledgeable about my car. After getting my car back, I realized the extent of the amount of work that had to be done to correct the problem. I appreciate all of their help and will continue to have all my work done here.

I’ve got a 2010 Audi A4. Very up front on repairs on prices. Don’t know what going on with the other review but the last time I was I had to wait about 3 hours while they did a pretty extensive repair and I saw about 8 different people come and go. Of all colors and races and not one issue. They younger guy could be a comedian. If you got an A4 give them a shot. I’ve always had a great experience.

I am one of the owners. We try out best to keep customer satisfaction at the top. We employee 2 master VW Techs. ALL of our employees including the owners have been to college for automotive repairs and diagnostics. The Owners also have degrees in I.T and Aeronautical science. All the diplomas are shown in the waiting area. No yard mechanics here. We keep allot of parts on hand, have next day delivery of parts we don't have along with daily deliveries from VW. This keeps the repair time to a minimum. Small Locally AMERICAN owned business. Come pay us a visit.

I was once a customer and yes they do good work but can be very nasty if u post a comment about them thats true and correct...First of all one of my elderly church Members looking for a older VW i know that on occassion they sell them so I was in the area and stopped by there to ask Jake did he have anything to sell he was so rude like I was wanting him to do something for me..I was going to tell her if he had something but not anymore..ill never go to this business again it was for somebody else.. hes especially rude to people of color.

Fantastic service, honest and great pricing. My Tiguan is 7 years old and started having a few issues. One was a suspension problem and two different dealerships fixed everything but the problem. Once I brought it to Carroll VW, he knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it. I do all of my work here now including oil changes. They are honest, trustworthy and fast. As a female, I truly appreciate their honesty and how they treat me as an intelligent customer.

My passat has over 210234 miles because of these guys. Keep doing what ur doing . :)

Ive been doing business here for over 4 years. My last tune up was quick and easy. They found a broken vacume hose and checked my recalls. They even called the dealer for me to ensure my recall was still valid. If you got a Audi this is the Place.
