Very disappointed. I posted a recommendation on Facebook for someone to service my treadmill, which is only a few years old. I was given Mr. Crowder's name as someone who worked on all treadmills. I contacted Mr. Crowder and we scheduled a time for him to visit. He came in, and I directed him to where my treadmill was located, I explained to him that it abruptly stops in the middle of my run, he used his power drill, took a couple of pieces off and stated it was a good machine and looked practically new. No dust build-up or anything. Wiped the NON-DUST and put it back together ensuring that it was fine and he saw no problems with it. Continued to talk promoting his business long enough for the 1-hour window to pass and charged me $80.00. No servicing took place whatsoever. The next morning, I get on my treadmill and it does the exact same thing. I took a picture of the error message displayed and sent Mr. Crowder a text immediately stating what I had experienced. He said he would look up the code and get back with me. He never did, I contacted him and asked what was the issue, he states that all parts are on back order, which confused me because, without returning to exam the equipment, how would he know the parts needed. He stated that he would get some oil and contact me to come by to service the equipment. I explained to him that I paid him with the understanding that my equipment was now working properly and asked if he could please rectify this situation. He never contacted me. I contacted him again and explained my frustration with his service. He has yet to contact me to rectify this situation.
