They really deserve ZERO stars because this service STINKS!!! Lol...literally!!! Customer service sucks, bus smells like urine, the bathroom does not work...oh and they have an ant problem. One of the passengers woke up with ants on her face!!!! And when we called the owner, he told us someone must have brought the ants with them...really? Then he told us they just got the bus from Detroit and didn't have time to inspect the bus...dude really? I believe that is required by the US DOT, isn't it? The owner was very rude and showed no concern!!! Now the bus my parents are on has broken down on the highway. WOW!!!

Probably the worst charter bus I've ever experienced



The bad:



The bus was over four hours late - for a four hour trip from Atlanta to Savannah. Many of my fellow classmates had to spend their own money on gas to get to the event on time.



The restroom on the bus was not functional. The toilets didn't flush. There was no sink to wash ones hands.



There were no electrical outlets on the bus, so there was no way to charge phones or laptops.



The good:



Our bus driver was kind and courteous. She deserves to be recognized for that.
