I'm highly upset. I went to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday. The lady placed the wax above my eye, placed the wax strip down and went to go blow her nose. Then she came back and snatched the strip off my eye. I felt as if she laughed about it afterwards. She placed what smelled like hand sanitizer on my eyebrows, which burned my skin. I have two separate,visible, burn marks above my left eye and she didn't even arch my brows right
