Horrible horrible horrible! If i could leave a negative review I would. Only one person in the salon speaks good English. Whenever you try to tell the nail tech what you want he doesn't understand and does it all wrong. The nail tech wasn't paying attention and hit my finger with the drill 3 times. I will never go back. It's the second day and my nails are already chipped.

I walked into this salon expecting elegance, which I found as I entered. The look of the space is a bit crowded, but elegant. I asked for a pedicure and was seated quickly. The water was cold when I sat down and I asked one of the employees if it could be warmer. He turned it up and it stayed warm for 5 minutes and was immediately cold again, I asked again and he let the entire bowl drain and turned it back on. 25 minutes in an older lady came to paint my toes. And the water was cold again but I just gave in and took my feet out. She asked if I wanted a "cut down" and I said yes. As she was cutting my toe nails she cut one of my toe nails down so low that it started bleeding and I didn't notice until I saw her finger holding the spot with blood. She apologized but then started to file it down. I told her she could stop on that nail. She then removed the toe nail polish to apply the new. She did a great job then started to cut again! I said ow around 7 times and then he started laughing. Another girl came to do my design which was the simple "chevron" design I asked for and it ended up looking like a vital sign. I accepted it wanting to leave. As I paid with my friend she told my friend it would be $35 and mine would be $38 we received the same service so I had to ask "why am I paying more"? She said it's because she removed color from my toes before she applied the new. I was upset because at any other nail salon I've been too before they do a service that they charge you for they let you know the price and what they are charging for. Needless to say a day later the design is chipped and smudged. I am very disappointed with this new nail salon and would not recommend it.
