African Anericans stay away! I was a tenant from Nov 2012 to April 2014. PP was still under construction & had many prob: Appliances malfunctioned, mold and mildew, water leaks, Mmgmt & handyman entered units without permission, pet tenants who spyed on others. In late Feb 2013 while I was away from home, a pipe burst and caused water damage to my dining & living room and the ceiling of the unit below. Mgmt didn't call me but waited til I got home hrs later then told me it was my fault. Their evidence didn't make sense. They immediately tried to extort $5000 from me under threat of eviction. I fought both in court but was illegally evicted for overstaying the lease. All rent was current. After judge issued eviction order, they withdrew their water damage case. They never received a judgement against me, but PP filed a $6000+ claim with a collections agency against me. They have been hounding me every since. In Superior Court PP admitted their ins deductible was $5000-same as 'damages'.
