I figured using an established florist in Carrollton & with pictures on a website- how could you go wrong! Wrong!!

Not only did I pay extra to get a larger bouquet - then I called to make sure no carnations were used. I was told none would be- the flowers delivered looked like 1/3

The size in the picture and had 3 carnations!

I called to complain - was told the pictures were deceiving but did admit I had requested no carnations. Apologized

- said they would send another arrangement but told me I had gotten my money's worth- totally disagree! Then they send a girl to my mother-in -laws hospital room where she asks for the old flowers- hands them the new ones - which were just flowers thrown in a case - and walks out!

No I'm sorry. No I hope you are better. Nothing. You think to save their reputation they would be more concerned with overdoing the next ones than retrieving the old ones!!

$150 plus delivery for 5 glads, 4 roses and fillers in a cheap plastic vase. Never again..
