My Grandmother took her van here to get a simple tune up. They ended up putting too long a bolt and ended up ruining the motor by cracking the head. They owned up to making the mistake, but refuse to pay for the damages. I would not take my car here.

I recently purchased a car from Walker Cadillac in Carrollton. It was by far the EASIEST experience in car buying I have ever had. The general manager, Mark, listened to what I wanted, found it for me and handled the entire trade process without any hassle.



I then took my car in for it's first service and again, I was very pleased with the attention I received. The service was completed in the time frame I was told it would be, my advisor, Stephen, was friendly and answered all of my questions and the manager, Matt, followed up on everything to make sure I was happy with my experience!



As a business owner, I have to say that these guys understand how to take care of their customers.
