We had a flat a d no spare while on a road trip and got towed to their shop after hours. We slept in the van in their parking lot. The next morning, everybody was very friendly and helpful. We have an uncommon tire size and Authur went out of his way to call every tire shop in the area and find a tire for us. If it weren't for them going out of their way to help we would have just been stranded.

I had a set of Rims and Tires for my truck that I just bought and was looking for a place to put them on. I went to Chapman Tire in Carrollton, Ky since they were a reputable place to go. I had the rims/tires installed along with an Alignment. When I get home, I start to admire my truck and the new rims/tires that were just installed. I start to look and take pictures of the rims and I notice a chip on the inside lip of the rim. Mad, I start to look at all of them and notice that all four rims have marks from the Alignment tool that they used. There is one nasty scratch from installing or removing the tool on the inside of the lip on Passenger side. So I call them and explain to them that I had marks all over my brand new rims from the tool they were using. They tell me Jim was going to call me back. Well 1/2hr goes by and it's almost closing time for them so I decided I would call. I spoke with Jim and he told me that he was sorry and that they did the best they could with the machine they have. Next Day I go up there and show Jim the scratch and marks on my rims. He refused to fix/replace, and or give me my money back for the damage to my rims. I am very displeased with the service and customer satisfaction that they say they uphold and do. I will no longer go to them or refer people to them.
