We are local contractors and purchased some very expensive brackets, for a pergola build, that were supposed to be the correct ones according to the counter help. However when we opened two of the 4 boxes we immediately realized they were not the right angle and would not work. We repackaged them exactly as they were, they were never used, and only the tape seal was cut on the edge of the box to open them. We returned them the very next morning less than 24 hour later and they refused to accept the return of because the box was opened and snidely  informed me that all sales were final and there are no returns and I should have read the small print on my receipt. The receipt was given to me folded, by a lot loader, 30 minutes after the transaction when they finally brought around the lumber I purchased with the brackets. So Buyer beware if you cant find the cedar lumber you need anywhere else in town just be sure you don't leave with anything you may not use or may not be exactly what you want. You will be stuck with it. I left the $150 dollars of brackets on their counter and informed them what they could do with them, as I left and will never purchase anything from them again. Its not about the money its the experience.

I have since relocated to the Prosper area with in the past two years and have found the same great customer satisfaction with the Carrollton store. They deliver when the say. Turn key! I need to replace a fence that blew over for a past storm. I stopped by the box stores and searched for what I wanted. I looked through there lumber and it was going to take me all day to search the wood for straight non damaged material. So I went to Cedar Supply and found everything I needed to complete the project without the hassle of sorting lumber. The materials were delivered to my drive way and the fence is up and stained. Thank you Jack for telling me about them I'll be using them again.
