Terrible Customer Service. They Don't Even Deserve One Star

I opened an account with Chase and presented a voucher for the standard $200 promo. After depositing my money and re routing my direct deposit, the $200.00 never hit because the Chase employee failed to enter the promo code. This seemed like an easy fix that a phone call could correct.... NOPE. GOOD LUCK EVER GETTING A HOLD OF THIS BRANCH. Multiple calls, no one ever answers the phone because they are apparently "short staffed" and no other branch can assist with the issue. After multiple calls to this branch and other branches and a visit to the branch and a visit to a different chase branch, the manager finally communicated that they would NOT honor the promo. I provided them with the same code I gave to the employee that opened my account, timestamped with the same date I opened my account and nothing. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will be closing my account with Chase. The level of negligence this branch displayed does not lead me to believe they are capable of handling anyone's funds or servicing the needs of their customers.
