Worst customer service I've ever experienced, I had my credit card stolen several months ago, when I went into the gym I updated my account. But my wife's account never got updated and it went to collections since she never uses the gym anymore. When I called in they said they would "only help me and be able to waive the late fees if my wife would agree to stay on for three more months." So now instead of losing my wife as a member they're going to lose both of us in three months. All they cared about was getting some extra monthly dues instead of doing the right thing.

****Do NOT JOIN THIS GYM OR sign a contract with FITNESS CONNECTION or have ANYTHING to do with this GYM!!!**** They will NOT CONTACT YOU OR work with you even slightly if there is a problem with billing or any circumstance that arises that is out of your control. They will NOT contact you if there IS a BILLING issue, and then they will gouge you for it with fees. They will keep referring you back to "THE LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGNED" EVEN IF YOU GOT ...***IN WRITING*** FROM A SALES ASSOCIATE SOMETHING BESIDES WHAT THEIR CONTRACT SAYS!!! ADDITIONALLY - you have to send in a 30 day WRITTEN notice in order to cancel - AND you have to MAIL it in. You cannot fax, email, hand deliver it to the gym or otherwise - it must be MAILED to their CORPORATE OFFICE. So BUYER BEWARE - this is yet another GYM that gouges it's customers, puts archaic policies in place in order to cancel memberships, and to keep billing you even after you cancel.

They charge you secret fees that they don't tell you about in the beginning. They tell you "you don't pay anything to sign up just $10 a month" then go around and charge your card some fee. Wouldn't be a big deal if they told you the truth in the beginning when you signed up. Also, some of the staff up there are very rude and talk down to you. They also treat you like they are better than you and that your questions and concerns don't matter.

So far I love it. I've really taken advantage of the Zumba classes Antonio is Amazing!!! staff haven't really connected with any of them yet..But I love this new gym
