I'm still in shock from how unprofessional and horribly rude this place is. I have been a loyal customer for two years now. After getting a haircut here four days ago, I called in to see if they could just clean up the back before I left for college. They said "no problem," so I went. A stylist named Alex looked at my hair and refused to clean it up, and that I would have to pay the full price again. When I tried to explain to him that I called in before to make sure I could get a clean up as a complimentary service, he started getting verbally aggressive.



He started cussing at me, a loyal customer, in front of the owner of the store, who pretended to not hear what was going on. This place should get shut down, and the psycho stylist, Alex, FIRED. What a god awful experience. Don't ever step foot into this place. There are dozens of other places nearby.
