continually bad service

really bad service. i live close to the store and averytime i go there it gets worse. this time it was too much trouble for them to even return my hello. i just drove off and went to burger king just down the road. there greetings are a automated recording but it beats nothing witch is what i get and mcdonalds. i am certain that it is mcdonalds policy to greet the customers when appropriate and it does not take much of an effort but washing your hands after using the restroom does take an effort so i wonder if this is too much trouble for that employee to do.
