The owner Peter is very rude and lies to the customer. While having a manicure/pedicure done, the technician, Randy, cut my cuticles and caused them to bleed to the point that I needed to apply antibiotics to them for a few days. He also did a poor polish job. To compensate me for the poor service, Peter promised to redo them at no charge but refused to do so when I showed up for my appointment. He and another technician proceeded to hurl profanity at me and refused to come up with a win-win resolution. As you can see from a couple of the other reviews and from a BBB complaint, Peter has a problem with lying and controlling his language as he hurls profanity at the customers who are dissatisfied with Michael Nails service. I predict that Michael Nails will not remain in business if they continue to treat their customers this way. They will reap what they sow.

Used to be one of the best shops in Carrollton. Now nobody goes in there and I see why. The 2 pedicure ladies are rude and make snide remarks about you in vietnamese. (they didn't know I was fluent in the languge). Only 3 people work there and the guy that does the nails is rude and wants to rush you out of the shop. Pedicure work is sub par. Too busy talking about your wierd pinky toe to do quality work!
