My daughter went to this establishment Saturday 9/14/13 for a pedicure. The technician put a chemical on her feet which caused a pretty severe chemical burn on her right foot. When she got home we rinsed the skin yet the chemical continued to et her skin away. She went to the doctor the following Monday and the foot was infected and skin on the bottom and side of her foot has been eaten away. She missed a week of work, and is out 3 doctors visits and medication cost. We went by the salon today, 9/22/13 in an effort to talk with the owner or a manager. The staff told me they did not know when the owner would be in, they refused to give us the owner's contact phone number. We asked them to dial the phone and get the owner on the phone so that we could speak to them. They refused. I finally asked that my daughter take off her shoe so that they could see the damage a week later. They became apologetic but would not give us contact information for the owner. They offered to reimburse the cost of the pedicure and give us $100. I gave them my business card, told them the owner had until Wednesday to call me before I call an attorney.



Ladies - you need to beware the chemicals they use can be very harmful. There are no warnings that this could happen - and if it does, like it did to my daughter, there was no information as to how to treat. It is fairly apparent that this establishment has not intention of compensating us for the financial loss due to this incident. BEWARE!
