I have been a customer here for years! They have an amazing selection of used clothes, shoes and toys.

When I first walked into the store( to sell items) there were 3 women behind the counter and none of them asked me if I had been helped. I had to waive one over who I believe to be the owner or manager. She was not friendly at all. She acted like she didn't even want to deal with me and didn't say too much. I waited 2 days for an offer(which I knew she would try in rip me off) and when I finally got a call they offered me $10 for a $50 brand new bouncer. How insulting! So when I got there to pick up my stuff(the owner I assume) didn't even speak to me or crack a smile. I was not told thank you or anything and to think I was going to buy and recommend that store but I will never set foot back in there. I felt not welcomed each time and im a pretty laid back and respectful conservative woman. RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY & NOT HELPFUL & PRICES ARE TOTALLY A RIP OFF. I'VE SEEN BETTER STUFF AT GOODWILL, GARAGE SALE, AND EVEN FREE!

If you are looking for a bargain Once Upon A Child is the place to go. The customer service there is the best. I love this place and would recommend it to ANYONE!
