I am just disturbed by the quality of work. The master plumber we hired was too busy to come so he told us his assistant could do the work. His assistant incorrectly installed our new shower, didn't level the walls, didn't protect the new wall pipes, lied about how the shower had to be installed, intentionally damaged the shower by cutting a hole in the lip trim and then lied about it having come from the manufacturer that way, and did a messy, mediocre job of caulking. We've spent hours repairing their mistakes and had to hire a tile guy to tile over the shower which we weren't going to do originally to hide where he cut a whole in the trim. Not only are we out the money for the shoddy work, now we are out for the tile work. I sent an email to the owner three days ago and have gotten ZERO response.
