Provided by YP.comOwner is always right. Part 2.
We came back to the establishment month later to redeem our “Living social” coupons; we have 5 of them left. Owner was royally mad at the review below and refused to let us in, we called the cops, and they confirmed that the owner can refuse service to anyone, even if the fee was already paid…..the saga continues, Owner is always right, Customer beware!
Part 1. Plus: Steam room. Food Cons: Service Facilities I have been loyal customer since the day this place opened and watched it going down, I think it’s pretty close to hitting the rock bottom. I’m not sure why it’s still in business; there are very few customers left and the hard-core loyalist going there for the one and only authentic Russian steam room. Unfortunately there is no competition in the Dallas area; Korean Spa is great, but it is different. For $25.00 + tax you used to get a robe, 2 towels and flip flops and use the facility from 10AM to 10PM … forget about it, for the same price you get one towel and flip flops and be at the owner’s mercy because he may decide to close the place down earlier than official closing time of 10PM any time he feels like it, no apologies, no concessions. Women’s showers do not work properly, you can either scold yourself or freeze to death. Service is marginal at best. It’s such a disappointment, because this place had potential and could’ve been a cultural ambassador for Russian culture, like the King Spa for Korean, instead it’s such a disgrace and it’s not going to get better. So I plead to anyone who is willing to listen … open another Russian sauna here and you going to have plenty of customers and long as you’re not going to do what this establishment does.

Provided by YP.comThis place is a joke!!!!! my sister and i went there today for the first time after getting a deal on groupon. the deal said we could either print out the coupon or they could scan it electronically. when we got there the guys at the front counter said we have to have the printed version. i informed him the deal said we could us the electronic version or the printed. he then got the owner (bald with a long goatee with tattoos on his arms)...who prior to meeting him was an a**. he was walking around on the phone, when one of his employees called out his name and he yelled, "don't you see i'm on the phone!!!!" after getting off the phone he approached us and informed us he would not accept the electronic copy and we would have to go print out the paper version somewhere then he would honor the groupon, if we didn't want to print it out then he would charges us $10.00 (cash) ea and we could use the groupon at another time. we informed him, we got the groupon to see if we would like it and asked what if we didn't like it, he said, "that was our problem not his". i informed him the deal did not state that. i informed him i lived 20 miles away and asked him if we could email the groupon to him, he said, "no" my printer is not working and i need the paper copy, 20 mins is no big deal, i live a hour and a half away". if i decided to go home and print the coupon, i would have wasted 60 minutes just driving back and fourth...what an idiot!!!!!
then the starting saying this was my fault and i was the first to ever complain about not being able to accept the electronic version and i had bad attitude because i didn't have the printed version....this place is the most unprofessional and unethical place i've have ever came across...my theory is if i owned a business and was using groupon to advertise my business to get people in the door...don't run your business half a** and do what you can to make the first impression a great experience, so we will keep coming and tell our friends to come...word of advise: these people are scam artist and try to do things half a** to get your money with poor customer services"

Provided by YP.comI am normally not a Little Caesars fan or at least didn't think I was, but I got a pizza from this location the other day and was very pleasantly surprised with both the people working there and the pizza itself, so I wanted to review it and say as much. The pizza isn't Coal Vines or Fireside Pies, but for the price it was pretty darn good.

Provided by YP.comThis place is great. Something totally different for Dallas. The food is awesome and I need to go back there with my family and try to spa/banya part of the place. I definitely recommend the food. We tried a sampling and had a really good time. I definitely recommend the Russian Banya!

Provided by YP.comWe orginally saw it on a top 5 things in Dallas Fort Worth involving water type list from D Magazine. How many places around Dallas Fort Worth offer Russian cuisine, that alone makes it worth a try.
