I had an opportunity to go to another dealer for a 'Friend of a Friend' kind of deal and Reto beat it with exceptional service.

Provided by YP.comMichael Bratcher is great! He did a wonderful job - it's everything else that has been an issue. Still not satisfied with the services I have received by the service department and the car is still not fixed to my satisfaction. And the paper works for TT&L was apparently never sent in because I purchase the car on May 26th and never received plates. Another temp tag had to be issued to me until they come.

The vehicle was just as agreed, however dealing with the salesperson not so much. I receive emails from the manger and someone else, provided return feedback to each but never so much as a reply or acknowledgement to my comments. Felt like feedback was solicited but when it was not completely positive, was not received positively. Am at 7 weeks and still have no registration documents

Provided by YP.comI had a problem where I was upside on my truck loan. I was expecting to have to carry a lot of negative equity in a new car loan making my payments unaffordable. I was surprised when they presented me a deal that I just could not refuse. Now I have a brand new Ford Mustang and LOVE IT!!!
This is my second vehicle I've purchased from Five Star Ford in Carrollton and I look forward to future deals. The salesman, Chandler, knows me by name and takes good care of me. He works hard to get me the right deal and is totally honest.

Provided by YP.comI put money down on a car, waited moths for it to come in with absolutely no estimated time of arrival and was forced out of my deal because I was unable to finance the car today! This action is completely against the mission statement that this dealership has plastered all over the showroom and they have betrayed my trust. Unacceptable!
We understand your frustration Cody and offer an apology. The delay in delivery was out of our hands. We do send our regrets in providing less than stellar expectations.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT GO HERE! Don't risk it. Go to the other dealers. I took my car in for recalls came back with a broken horn. Then they wanted me to pay $300 to fix something they broke.
