Spaces are very tight, there's NO outside space at all. No room to put an awning out, barely enough for slides. Pads are uneven, little space for cars and neighbors are allowed to encroach on other sites. Management does not enforce their own rules. Wouldn't stay here again even if we were desperate.

Safe and great location

We have lived in Sandy Lake RV and Mobile home park for 3 years in a 5th wheel RV. It is convienent to shopping restaurants and schools. 15 minutes from downtown Dallas We had great utilities and a nice safe place to stay. I would recommend this park for overnight or long stays. The management is top notch and maint. is on going all the time. Nice Pool and laundry facilities.
