I purchased over $200 in remote control units early May. I never received them and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or reply to email. I got the confirmation number on the webpage and they took my money. That was the end of the transaction. A month later I did get an email from a different email address than the website. They said my package would be mailed the following day. Well that was 21 days ago. Still no response from them, no package, no answer of phones...in fact the number rings and goes dead.
