At the office waiting for the dr to arrive. If you want timely attention to your needs this is not your place. I had 3:30 appointment, they asked me to arrive 15 minutes earlier, which I obeyed. It is now 4:05 and I've been waiting for dr to arrive for 30 minutes. Cannot say anything about quality except that this long of a wait is unaccptable

Sheryl Gyr is the best PA ever. I went for a routine skin check several years ago and she found a suspicious mole on my back. It was immediately tested and was identified as a malignant melanoma, the same cancer that killed my father. Sheryl quickly got me scheduled for surgery with Dr Ray, and luckily it hasn't been an issue since. If Sheryl hadn't been so diligent it could have killed me.



I go back every six months just to be sure, and Sheryl has noticed and treated a few other items before they progress to more serious cancers. She is always detailed and professional in her work and always a pleasure to be around. Everyone I send to see her is highly impressed. Keep up the good work Sheryl.

She is thorough, very professional and can make even those awkward dermatology checks a comfortable experience. She has always treated any of my skin issues quickly and seamlessly.

Sheryl Gyr has treated me several times for things that were resolved quickly. I found her to be extremely informative, professional, and pleasant. The office decor is very modern and interesting. I was seen on time, which is very uncommon for most medical offices. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to her.

The receptionist always greets us promptly and with a smile. We have never had a long wait on the reception area. We don't hesitate to recommend friends to this practice.

After years of being dissatisfied with the attitude of my dermatologist and searching for a doctor that listens I am absolutely DELIGHTED with Dr. Lisa. I have been going for my yearly checkups for three years and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff is excellent. I am very, very happy with this dermatologist!!

Dr Ray has taken great care of my entire family for almost 20 years. We all have great skin thanks to him.
