Provided by YP.comThey have been a no show for 3 scheduled appointments! That's 3 days taking off work for them. Full of excuses but no apology and no service! So after 30 days I still have a broken warrantied appliance. No stars for no service! One star selected only because the form requires it.

Provided by YP.comThey failed on the services arrival time then upon rescheduled they came when I told them we would not be home and then threatened to bill me for no availability of services. MGR was very rude on the phone and it was apparent it was his way or no service - they are the Lowes service provider. Reported the incident to Lowes management for resolution. I would never refer them to anyone.
