I just had a lawnmower repaired. My experience was wonderful. I found them to be honest and really fair. I would highly recommend the repair guy Ted and Walters Outdoor Power Equipment.

I stopped in today with my stihl chainsaw that would not start. Your sales rep helped me identify the worn part in less than 2 minutes. He showed me the illustrated parts breakdown, and printed the page form me. I bought the parts and set off to attempt the repair myself. Your sales rep was so helpful and informative that I felt compelled to write to you. I did not catch his name, but of the 2 men working the counter at 12:40, he was the taller thinner fellow. Again he was extremely helpful and I can not thank you enough. Walters outdoor is my new go to. I bought the saw years ago at land and Coates and brought it back while it was still under warranty. They totaled the repair at close to $175 for the same thing your rep enabled me to do myself in 20 minutes, and only charged me $5.00 for the parts. Thank you again, you have a new customer for life.
