Very disappointing experience. Chris Kiel came out to inspect our house and we were charged $295 with the understanding that it would apply towards the work to be done. Not a problem with that. The problem was that when we called to schedule an appointment, he never called back. I spoke with him once and he said he would call back, but never did. We've called several times over several weeks with zero response. We are feeling very ripped off by this company!

The roof has been successfully installed. Everything was done very efficiently with no delays. Your workers worked very hard to complete it on time.

Daniel was a wonderful supervisor and worker and the other guys were focused and dedicated to completing the project. They were a pleasure to deal with, were great about cleanup and finished on time. Lousy customer service and poor workmanship. Once they're done with your roof, don't expect them to respond to a leak in a timely manner. The sales pitch, "oh if there's ever a problem, just call and we'll take care of it right away". Yah, right! You'll get the run-around. They're too busy making $$$ roofing and very little effort will be made to take care of your problem. And when they finally do get around to contacting you, the leak is blamed on your chimney, not their poor workmanship. Never had a leak with the old beat up roof before. Lying sack of f*cks.



BEWARE.... stay away from these idiots.
