Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.



I used West Coast Maids twice this summer and both times I was extremely disappointed. The first time, I called and was told that I would be receiving a discounted rate as a first time customer. They also had a promotion going on at the time, which was great for me because I am a student on a tight budget. The maid arrived late, seemed hurried, and swept huge hairballs under my couch instead of into a dust pail. It took me over a MONTH to get my invoice (I called and emailed 5+ times) and was shocked to find that they had a minimum fee that nobody bothered to tell me about, so despite the heavy discount, I was still paying a lot of money.



The second time I used WCM, my grandmother stayed home to let the maid in. I called and asked that they send someone who spoke at least a little bit of English so they could communicate. Again, the maid was late and of course, she spoke no English. She stayed for almost 4 hours and STILL left hair balls under the couch. I called to find out how much they would be charging me this time (it seems to be whatever they feel like at the time) but they told me that billing took 2 business days. I waited 2 business days and called back, but they still had no information for me. I asked to speak to a manager. The office staff refused to let me. I still have no idea what I will be charged for their services.



I will NEVER use West Coat Maids again. They are unprofessional, unhelpful, and unorganized!

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. First visit I was over charged by $50. The second visit they randomly showed up on a day not scheduled. Third visit, no show. There is nobody to talk to, as they refuse to answer any phone calls. It is a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and look up reviews on other sites before booking them. I wish I would have. Learned a valuable lesson.

My neighbor and I have been using West Coast Maids for about 6 months. We're both pretty happy with their maids and office staff

Their prices were reasonable. Servicewas very good.
