Well.... I'd heard about Adele's for years since moving to Tahoe 25 years ago. Finally, my break came: My wonderful friend had a precalculated idea to celebrate her birthday with close friends by requesting that we all join her for dinner at Adele's! What an experience! The waitress, Jamie, was incredible! Having been in fine dining (not as fine as Adele's I was to soon find out) for a few years myself, I was truly amazed at how many specials she knew. The mere sound of them had our party of ten drooling on our napkins before even bread was served. We tried out a vast array of flavors from the menu...from Oysters Rockefeller, steamed mussels and steamed clams both in the most deliscious buttery, wine broth, french onion soup, to the stuffed chicken, jambalaya, seared salmon salad, ahi dish, and a steak dish to tantalize even the pickiest of pallates ...the food, service, ambience was definitley incredible. Although pricey and a bit out of my league for the typical outing in today's economy, the experience we shared last night ensures that I'll be visiting Adele's again just as soon as I think of an excuse!!!

This place is gorgoeus and has wonderful food, anyone that visits Carson City has to make Adele's one of their choices for lunch or dinner. I hear the owner is the Chef and the food taste and quality is unmatched without going to a larger city. We love your food, and your ambiance, keep up the good work!
