HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL & EXTREMELY RUDE!



! Who leaves an attempted delivery notice taped to brick siding of a house, instead of the front door, where of course I was looking for flower delivery or a notice! I never saw the notice taped to side of house by garage, until owner told me where he had taped it. It was there for at least a week or more & I never saw it, although he stated he put it there to be sure somebody saw it!! Plus, although the inked message had faded out, the indentation text from his pen was readable. Yet, no reference was made whatsoever, as to their business name, phone number or address!!! The delivery notice was a generic one & at bottom where it says your flowers are at ....., it merely stated "sorry we missed you"! When finally called, ( sender asked me to call them), they stated driver noted several notices were left at front door, but everyday I looked & nothing was ever there! I know my moms friend was trying to get flowers sent to her! My poor mom is almost 92 & bed ridden. I suggested maybe the driver was incompetent & the snippy woman on phone insisted that I tell that to the owner, who was the driver! He screamed at me at the top of his lungs on two separate calls! Horrid experience, and both people at flower shop were so rude & nasty! I would not even give them one star & suggest you ask FTD to use a different delivery service in Carson City, and not use them ever locally! I called my mothers friend in Idaho & explained she may want to ask for a refund. I went out & bought 2 dozen long stemmed roses & told my mom they were from me & her friend in Idaho. Very bad experience with them 100%!

I was very pleased with service at this florist. I asked for a very special arrangement for my sister's retirement. And she was thrilled. She sent me photos and keeps talking about it. And it was delivered on time. I just ordered another arrangement for a party. I really don't understand the extremely negative reviews. I guess any business can have a bad day. I also like the fact that it is an actual business not an Internet business masquerading as local.

Very disappointed. My order was placed first thing Tuesday morning. I ordered flowers and balloons for my son who had major surgery. I was told, I would receive an email receipt and delivery confirmation. This was not received at all but they charged my credit card almost $100.00. To top it off, no balloons were delivered, the flower arraignment was not anything like I ordered, and they were not delivered until 6:00pm at night. I called and left several messages for a return call. NO ONE ever called me back. Finally, I called again. The man was so rude and argued with me the entire time. I will dispute my charge and NEVER use them again! 0 stars from this customers!!

Extremely Disappointed

On Monday I called to arrange for flowers to be delivered to my sister on Wednesday. Oh yah they were delivered....after dark......freezing tempretures and they were left outside. Needless to say thy froze and broke. At no time did anyone bother to call any of the phone numbers I provided. Needless to say...when I found out...I was not happy. My call to CC Florist I wanted to know what they were going to do to make this right. Tomorrow they will make another delivery....hopefully this time they will get it right. Either way I will not be doing business with them again.

POOR Service

Placed an order at 8 am on Friday morning. Received phone call at 1:20 pm on Monday that they were unable to deliver order because they had the name wrong. I even spelled it for them on Friday. Ok - fine - you got the name wrong. Why didn't you call on Friday when you tried to deliver?? Unbelivable! I will never use them again. And neither should you.
