I was facing major bariatric surgery recently and was told to expect a long and uncomfortable/painful recovery process afterwards.
Lee recommended massage sessions before and after the surgery to both prepare my body for the trauma as well as help with the recovery.
The doctors and nurses were surprised that literally within hours of waking up, I was not only up and walking around the hospital with no problems, but I had very little pain.
The recovery period was also significantly less than they expected. Thank you, Lee, for helping turn months of pain and rehab into just a few weeks of a little discomfort.
