I have been to a cpl of MI Casa 2 restaurants in Reno. And I liked them. So I decided to try this one the other night. It was a HORRIBLE experience from being to end. I got seated fairly quickly. But, I had to wait almost 10 minutes before the waiter took my order. He had only 3 tables to serve including mine. When he finally came over I told him I wanted the enchilada and taco combo. I told him I wanted chicken in my taco & a cheese enchilada. He asked chicken in both? I said no & repeated my order again. He asked again if I wanted chicken in both. Once again I repeated my order. He said he'll be back. He left and got the manager who came over and asked what I'd like to order. I, once again, repeated my order. He said ok and left. A few minutes later I got my meal. I took a bite of the enchilada. And guess what? It had chicken in it. I again called the waiter over and asked him why there was chicken in the enchilada? He asked if I wanted another one? YES!! I told him. I repeated the order a 4th time. He said he'll be right back. I told him I DO NOT want rice and beans on the new plate. He came back a couple of minutes later with a cheese enchilada with RICE AND BEANS!! ARGH!!! WTF? I finally began to eat my meal it was bad!! The chips are stale too. The only good thing was the strawberry margarita. I paid my bill and left! I will never go back to this particular restaurant again!

Every time I visit family in New Washoe, we take a short trip to Carson City to eat here. I have yet to receive bad food here. Great food, great atmosphere, nice people. I was walking back to the car when I noticed their back door was open. Sorry, I had to take a peek. I have been in the kitchens of many, many restaurants and I have to say it is one of the cleanest I have seen. This just reinforces my opinion. If you are looking for some reasonably priced, quick mexican food, I'd say you'll find it here.
