I've eaten at this restaurant off & on for almost 20 years. It's just gone so downhill. The last time there, I ordered take-out. I was told it would be 30 min. After an HOUR AND A HALF! I still didn't have my order (it was THREE items). NO ONE came over & offered to give me a drink, or explain what was taking so long. I saw numerous patrons come & go. Most of the time, a lady with a 2yr old was SCREAMING his loudest in a booth. Mgmt never asked her if they could just box up her food so she could get out of there. It was the most RUDE & unpleasant restaurant experience I've had in AGES. I'll NEVER return. As I sat at the bar waiting, I could see into a VERY messy storage room filled with clutter. I can only imagine the kitchen's state. After the hour & a half wait, I got up & told the woman who took my order I could wait NO LONGER! I was leaving & canceling my credit card charge. All she could do was stand there with her mouth open.

I have been eating there for 20 years. There staff has been there as long as I have been going there. They are extremely friendly. Prices very reasonable. Steve and his wife are awesome

Great ambience, friendly staff. Definitely worth the money. Good variety in food. We try something new every time, and it never disappoints. Worth going to again and again.

Panda Kitchen is the best chinese food you will ever find, anywhere!! They were just rated as one of the 100 best chinese food restaurants in the United States! I think that says it all, in our little town of Carson City, Nevada we have one of the nations best chinese food restaurants. Steve and his wife own and work here and have for as long as I can remember. I used to take my kids there when they were just little, and now they are 17, and 20 years old! So if you are looking for exceptional chinese food, look no further.
