This company has a very high turnover rate for whatever nefarious reasons. Except for Robert the VP the rest of the company especially the Captive Department are run by women and It could be the controller is so insecure that she uses the talents of men for short periods and then lays them off before they achieve their 90 day probation period. I moved here from California and even though I picked up the department routine pretty fast I was laid off after 2 months with no other explanation then it wasn't a good fit. After some research I found out that this has been going on for quite some time and is the norm . This is basically a all women company and they use the new empl,oyee's talents to get them out of their busy season and then lay them off with no regard for the said employee's life.when things slow down. It is either the insecurity of Gayle the controller or Renee the director of operations that this goes on and I am sure their is some other hidden motive behind this kind of practice.

I am a big believer in Karma and even though I may never find out the whole story, what goes around comes around.

Just a bit of advice to prospective male employees, steer clear of this company.
