Deli:

I frequent the deli at Raley's and there is a reason...They always have delicious products! I love the breakfast croissant, although I do prefer it to be made with bacon and ham, which is never a problem, because Debbie (mgr.???) is always happy to please! I love that she remembers my name every time I go in! That is rare, especially working in a grocery store and dealing with 100's of people a day!



Bakery:

Could use a little work. I rarely ever get good customer service at the bakery. Alicia is about the only person that will gladly help me! And she makes the best coffee drink! As for product the bakery puts out wonderful hot french bread, and they have this amazing blueberry muffin top loaf bread that is to die for! I also enjoy the chocolate and maple crullers, but they never seem to make enough (I shop early in the morning, 7ish, and they are always gone or just haven't been made).



Meat Dept:

They always have a fabulous deal on some kind of meat! The customer service is excellent here as well. They also call me by name. I like that they are happy to cut your meat (if it is too big, as it is for my household a lot of the time, as there is only 2 of us), they also have free knife sharpening! The cases are always fully stocked, and the meat is always fresh!



Checkers:

Suzie and Scott are awesome...always smiling and they seem genuinely happy to see me! Again they always call me by name =-)



Overall this is the best grocery store to shop at if you are looking for wonderful customer service, fair prices, and overall atmosphere! I only gave it 4 stars due to the service I get at the bakery, if it wasn't for that I would have given it a 5 star!
