Terrible and unprofessional onsite manager and owner. Mattress was filthy and the air conditioner went out. Manager stated he was going to return my money minus three days...I waited months and was in constant contact with him. He was blaming slow refund on another employee "his wife" and after several months came back and told me that he was not refunding my money due to their "No Refund" policy.
