On 4/29/2015, I agreed to sell my motorhome on consignment with the Outdoor Toy Store in Carson City, Nevada. I signed a 90 day agreement and paid $330.00 for this service. I did not receive any information from them about any offers received during that entire time. I found out later that they required anyone who wanted to make an offer, to pay OTS a nonrefundable deposit of around $300.00 before they could make an offer. I also found out that during that 90 days, they had received a couple of verbal offers that they failed to reveal to me.



I believe their “offer” deposit requirement is unreasonable, detrimental to the sales process and should have been revealed to me in the consignment agreement I signed with them. If I had known about that requirement, I would not have agreed to waste 3 months of valuable summer prime time with this company. And of course, they did not sell my motorhome during that 90 days. What do you think?
