If your considering this location throw your belongings away! I rented a unit here in 2012 and the agreement says no pest control allowed, they do that themselves. 4 months later 4 dressers, 2 coffee tables, 3 complete beds, and a complete Lazyboy living room set consisting of a couch, loveseat, and 2 recliners ruined by mice and everything else infested with roaches and neither their or U-Hauls insurance covers it. They won't even fill out a form of anykind. So save your money to by new belongings and throw the old out or donate it.

Was looking for a place to just store some of my stuff until I moved in a few months since I had a truck for another reason and figured I'd bring some of it with already. The lady kept us waiting for over an hour while she "handled" her other job, then bitched me out when I asked how her lunch was. Yeah, it was right between noon and one. Work,... Right! They told me it was climate controlled. It wasn't. The roof leaked and my boxes were all wet. I didn't even attempt a refund. I just got my stuff and got out before there was an "accident" with it when I complained. It seemed like that kind of establishment if that's the management!
