LM Foods is a member of the world s largest group of Surimi-based product manufacturers. Surimi is the ancient art of forming and blending fish into ready-to-eat crab, shrimp, lobster and scallops. The company s United States production facility is located in Carteret, N.J. LM Foods adheres to FDA and HACCP guidelines in addition to its own production standards. LM uses only Alaskan Pollock and Pacific Whiting Surimi in all of its imitation crabmeat production.
