Worst experience I've ever had! I called prior to my appointment to make sure they took my new insurance and I was told they did . I got there and they didn't but not only that they also had there office manager come up and tell me I was wrong that I didn't have to have a picture taken of a choriadal nevus in my eye every 3 months like there doctor told me. Completely insulted me. Treated me like dirt. Then another person in the office chimed in to tell me what I have isn't a vascular tumer which I had been told. I've never been treated so poorly. They could of just said we don't take that insurance and that would of been that. It's sickening that therea people like that in this world. Rude , cruel people for no reason. I never once was loud or angry anything . I'm appalled really.

This is the BEST eye clinic I have every been to! I have some serious eye problems that require competent ophthalmology care on a long-term basis. I started going here about five years ago after multiple friends in the area highly recommended Dr. Brant and Dr. Zhao. (I see Dr. Brant usually but my wife and children see Dr. Zhao and love her.)



The staff is always courteous both on the phone and in person. They strive to make our wait times as short as possible, but sometimes the clinic gets behind due to serious eye emergencies or patients who, like me, have difficult eye problems that require the doctors and staff to spend more time with them. That is what I really like. Dr. Brant spends as much time as I need taking care of me. He always explains everything to me and makes sure all my questions are completely answered.



Dr. Brant did my cataract surgeries about two years ago. I see better now than I have ever seen in my entire life! And Dr. Zhao operated on my mother-in-law last year, also with excellent results.



If you want the best ophthalmology practice in this area, this is it. Yes, they stay really busy, but keep in mind that this is really the only full-time, well-established practice in Bartow County. Lots of people need their services. They really do everything they can to take good care of their patients.i I can't say enough good things about both doctors and the entire staff. Even their optical department does a great job of making glasses I can easily adjust to and that hold up for many years.

Terrible!! My husband was referred to this clinic by another doctor who called and got us an appointment but we had to wait 2 hrs!!!!. My husband had a metal shaving in his his eye. Does that not qualify as a medical emergency to bump him up the waiting list. There is a sign in their office and I quote " we will do our best to keep appointments on time. However due to the nature of our specialty is that emergencies and unexpected delays frequently occur. " I don't know what else would be considered a emergency or unexpected delay.!! The nurse knew he was in pain and only came out and put a numbing solution in his eye after sitting in the waiting room after an hour and half. Very disappointing and rude to not keep appointment or treat having metal in your eye and rubbing it raw as a emergency!!
