This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with in a long time. It started out nice, although I was a little put off when they vaguely said they would install it the next week. Ok, what day? No idea. So they arrive on a Monday morning, and it went alright until the installers came and asked my husband to remove 4 trees when the rep said we did not have to remove anything. This was of course the day the fence was to be installed, so he tried to comply by cutting down 2 of the 4 trees, but the little electric chainsaw he had was not up to the task. The installers then said they would cut the other 2. Fine, but then they moved the fence 2 feet too close because it was on a hill. Fine, it was on a hill and I was just going to put plants there anyways. Then they dug into our nice grass to install the gate opening when it could have opened in the other direction. Fine, the grass will grow back. Then, they spaced some areas up to 10' apart when the recommendation is 5' to 8', not 10'. Then, they forgot to tack down some parts of the fence so the dog could not get under it. Sigh. The problems continue. The day the gates went up, they leave without a walk through of the job. Not a word to us owners. We look at the gate we received and it is wobbly, not anything at all that you can climb like most gates. I am now worried about it falling apart. Sure enough, a tree branch falls a few days after installation and it is now already bent out of shape. The company had not even given us a call at this point to find out what we think of this 'fence'. So we call to complain, and all I hear is, it is residential grade material and you can call the vendors. The other problems, we are liars and derogatory, what we said is not true and did not happen. I will not be insulted like that so I am paying then for this subpar work and moving on after forwarning others not to use this company unless you want subpar work and to be insulted.

This has been the worst experience ever with a company. They were to put in a fence for horses using horse field fence. Instead they tried putting in what is known as hog wire. The posts that were suppose to be concreted in 2 feet deep can be pulled out without tools. I weigh 100 lbs and I could pull them out easily. This nightmare was suppose to cost me $10,000. My pasture is now held hostage until I can get it resolved. These are very Unscrupulous people.

Asked for a estimate to repair my fence they installed in 2008. took 5 days to respond. I called back to find out the what the cost would be but after 2 days never got a call back. It appears they do not want to do the work. would of been nice if they let me know that and I look elsewhere.

Can't even show for an estimate. Called once and said they would be late. Then never showed
