I was just there for gas and needed a car charger for my phone because I am now doing Uber Eats. I did not want to go inside and ask for a refund b/c I was not sure about the reaction I would get, but it was $7 and I want something that works. Went inside and she exchanged it with another, that one also did not work.

I went back in to receive a refund and this is where the issue starts. I am explaining that it may just be my car, but this is not working either. As I am at the counter with her a guy comes out of the back and starts to talk loudly on the phone behind me while also telling her we do not do refunds or returns. That’s cool and I understand, but what was the need for him to come out of the office and stand behind me and also talking over me as if I was not there. I did not feel safe and felt disregarded.
