They gladly took my $2600 but when it came to my husband's follow up appointment (which was "included in the cost") he waited 45 minutes for them to call him back and then another 45 minutes in the room before we decided enough was enough. I requested to be refunded for that appointment bc waiting an hour and a half after the appointment time to be seen is ridiculous and they told me that the follow-up appointment was "free of charge." Dr. Wise laughed at me and said "this isn't McDonald's, it's not going to be quick." When you have an appointment time, anything more than 5 minutes in the waiting room is unacceptable. We will not return there again and I have reported them to the BBB. Horrible service, rude employees and a rude dentist.
