It was a real bad experience, my appointment was April 10, 2018 at 11:00am, a assistant came and got me from the front, sit me down and did the basic eye check and then took me to a back room to wait on the eye doctor, come to find out, it was 6 people sitting in different rooms also, i was sitting in the back room for 30 minutes or longer, and I found out it was only one eye doctor working, it is really terrible to have that many people sitting and waiting for one doctor, i went to the front desk and told them thst i have been waiting in the back room along with other patients for 30 minutes and the assistant said she will be with you soon, I said really!! its really about the numbers and money from the insurance companies, my co pay is $15 and the guy at the front desk was telling me it was $30 until i presented my medical card and he wenr to the back and got my previous record and seen that it was just a $15 co pay. Eye Works is a Big scam, the IRS need to audit them, i rather go to Vision Work and pay $59 for a eye exam than go to Eye Works. "Dont Go To Eyeworks
