they suc!!

In the 2 years I have lived here, they have got my order right ONCE!! I am allergic to pickles. Every time I get them. Even when I tell manager on duty..STILL PICKLES. The service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have managed for 23 years. Never have I seen such a GROUP of depressed people. No smiles!!! No thank you, no napkins, no straws...they look at you like "why are you bothering me!!"

I have been to this store (7832) several time and have never seen but one register open. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to place an order even when there is only three or four people in line. When you get your order most of the time it is incorrect. They never ask you if you want cream or jelly. The employee expression is why did you come in here today.



There is no limit of stores that provide food in Cartersville and I plan never to go back to this McDonald's again.
