Provided by YP.comI'm still waiting for Mike to complete this job that was started in June. We contracted to have our deck replaced and enclosed. When they started in June, I was pleased with the quality of the work. The deck supports and decking was excellent. Then we had problems with the guys showing up for days at a time or only worked for 2 hours. They started to put up the metal railing for the steps and determined there weren't enough (mainly because the guys convinced my husband to change the positioning). Because the rails were special order the job had to stop because the stairs had to pass inspection before anything else could be done.
Rails arrived and I was told that I went to the bottom of the list since they couldn't wait around. I didn't expect them to stop all work while they waited but I didn't think I should be at the bottom of the list either. Late August a couple of guys showed up and put in the walls and roof with a cheap tar paper covering. That's the last I have seen of them and have been promised since September they were coming to finish, This is now April. The tar paper is practically blown off the roof or in such poor shape it will all have to be redone. I just hope the work will get finished before the one year anniversary.

Provided by YP.comWould definitely not hire, we hired them to do a basement remodel. Was told it was a 4-6 week job. Yesterday was 11 weeks and the job is still not completed. Poor communication, lack of any management or supervision. No attention to detail, 3/4 way through the job no one showed up for 12 days and left a huge pile of trash in the yard during that time. Three weeks into the job he pulled 2 of his three guys off of our job to start another job. I specified that we wanted drawers in the lower cabinets for my mother on three separate occasions and Mike said he would take care of it. It never happened. He recommended that we replace all the breakers in our electrical box due to a safety issue, told him we would pay for it on several occasions, it never happened. The kitchen he put in is bigger than the one upstairs yet my mom had to settle on a 24 inch sink, something that would go into an RV, because of mis measurements. Every time he wouldn't have anyone show up we had to text and call several times, for several days to get them back out. There is no follow up, not one time did he even call my mother to set a meeting up to walk through with her to make sure she was happy with the job, although he did want her to tape a $500 check to the door so he could just swing by without dealing with anything face to face. And if you have an issue with any and I mean any of the work you are told that you're complaining and he's done a bunch of "free" stuff for you, so you should pretty much quit whining and be happy with what they've done. Make sure the scope of work he writes up before the job states everything on there that was talked about, and that there is a completion date. Very stressful and difficult to work with. Below is just a sample of their work.
