This had to be hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a Jewelry store. I was in town to visit relatives and needed a birthday gift so went here. BIG MISTAKE,HUGE! The Lady that helped me was such a b*@#h,thinking she was some hot commodity or something. I found what I wanted and she kept trying to get me to purchase something more expensive. I spent $1,400 and was treated like crap by Nikki. Do Not Spend Your Money Here!!

My and I went to Stiles to buy a Christmas present for his girlfriend. They did not have what we were looking for so he paid in advance and had the item special ordered. Over $200.00 later the clerk who was assisting us seem to get upset that he did not want to purchase anything else other than the exact item he was looking for. She became very rude about he not having a gift for her to open on Christmas and quote "you are going to be sorry if you don't get her something until the special order arrives". Very very unprofessional. By the way, he did have several other gifts for her to "open" on Christmas morning. I was very disappointed in this adult behavior. Will never make any other purchases here again.

My husband being the sweet guy he is thought I would like a Pandora bracelet and charms for Christmas, now don't get me wrong it is very pretty but not my thing. He called the store before he went there asked "if she does not like this can she bring it back?", he was told sure no problem by the owner... WHAT HE NEGELECTED to add was no refunds, store credit only. It did state it on the receipt but, he did not see it and it was never mentioned to him. Even when he bought it he was told if she does not like it she can bring it back no problem.. Well it was a big problem, I did not see anything I really wanted and was refused a refund back to my husbands credit card by the owners wife, not cash, just a simple credit back to his card. The ad on the website stated "more than you expect from a jewelry store", well it sure is. I have never had this bad of a experience at any retail location. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE FOR ANYONE BUYING A GIFT. I now have a store credit for over 250.00 , great like I really want to go back in there. Also you only have 30 days to return for store credit so if you are buying a gift do not buy it to early..NO return policy on website . Very overpriced. In talking to others about my experience, I found two other people who had bad experiences at this store as well, diamonds were not replaced with diamonds, I have no doubt . I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

My husband purchased a Pandora bracelet at Stiles.The bracelet was too large,so I went this morning to exchange it and was very impressed with the friendly and helpful employees!I will continue to do business with this particular location.Thanks so much!

very overpriced... and won't do any returns whatsoever even if you have just walked out the door and get a phone call finding out that is cheaper somewhere else...it's ridiculous...

If anyone is looking for great service and price they should consider Stiles Jewelers. I purchased a beautiful engagement ring and band there, and it was a great experience. I shopped other jewelers closer to Atlanta and they could not match the quality of diamonds that Kurt Stiles could produce. My fiance and I are very pleased with the quality and personal service of Kurt and Olga Stiles, and would always recommend their services!
