🖐🏽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...BIG UPS and HIGHEST reGaRds to Patricia, Todd, and Calvin @ the Cartersville Post Office on Liberty St...Customer service is always SUPERB and the business knowledge is SECOND II NONE...From simple stamp purchases to mailing transactions to passport services... this post office is the GREATEST...In my opinion, it would be FANTASTIC if every post office was modeled after this one... I'm soooooo GRATEFUL for the personal yet professional experience, education and attention to detail I get every time I have gone...I feel I can always count on the Cartersville post office...I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER...Thank you for your reliable service❣

My certified letter was not delivered to the office I sent it to, because it was closed the next day; however, it was open all day the next day after, but they still did not deliver it as they said is the policy. Tracking on the website is very difficult, but I did get an answer and using the phone number - voicemail is a total nightmare. Clicking tracking numbers or saying the numbers - does not work! There is no excuse for this kind of customer service. Three days later and the letter was still not delivered!
