Grant and his team tamed the jungle that was my backyard, a seemingly impossible task which involved removing trees, poison ivy, and a pernicious and overgrown ground cover. He and his staff were courteous and flexible, and followed up after the job was complete to see if I had any issues. Good service for a good price.

First of all, I was never a paying customer of his. He was hired to do some work for my neighbor who is also a friend of mine. In addition, I was taking care of their house since they had moved and were selling the house. Prior to performing the job, my neighbor's dad asked me to come over when the contractor was at the house, and they were discussing the upcoming job. The contractor was rude, cut me off, and was extremely angry..... red in the face angry, and it was odd. He obviously viewed me as an outsider and someone who wasn't paying him. Hence, he was very unprofessional... plain and simple. After I called him out on his behavior, he was moderately apologetic, but was still steaming angry and unapproachable. I gave him 3 stars because he did good work. I had a question about one of his decisions but he obviously didn't want my involvement. A contractor's approachability is a key component and it was definitely lacking in this instance. Perhaps he was having a bad day.
