They took in my Tommy Hilfiger pea coat and during the dry cleaning ruined the straps on it. When I came in to talk to the owner she said she would do whatever it took to make it right. But when I came back in to pick it up she said it wasn't their mistake even though they ruined it.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! I took my wedding dress their to be cleaned and steamed. I was told by an employee my total would be $25. The employee told me to bring my dress in for the cleaning. It was cleaned. When I went to pick it up they told me that they did have a wedding dress but it had no ticket with a name on it so they didn't know whose it was, I described the dress to let them know it was mine. I paid $25 and left with my dress. I took my dress back to be steamed the week of the wedding, while dropping it off the employee asked for my name and info. I called 2 days before my wedding to see if it was ready to be picked up.. the person told me they had a dress with no ticket or name on it. I had to describe the dress AGAIN to let them know it was mine. I showed up to pick the dress up the day before my wedding. The employee told me I owed $47 I asked what it was for and she was not able to tell me. I spoke with the owner on the phone while trying to figure out what I was being charged for, she was EXTREMELY RUDE. I paid the $47 because I needed my dress the next day! I was told by the employee that the owner would call me back when she got to the office and could check into the situation. Later that day I called two times and was told the owner was not available to talk to. I never got a call from her. One week later I called again and spoke with the owner. She told me I was over charged and she would refund $40 to me and that I was charged $7 for steaming. I show up to pick up my refund and again the owner was extremely rude to me and let me know that she had changed her mind and spoke with employees who worked there and that they all agreed that I should only get a $20 refund. At this point I was tired of dealing with it and accepted the $20 refund. Even though I have no idea what the other $20 I paid was for.

The work they did on my dress was fine BUT I would highly recommend finding another dry cleaner to do business with!!!
