The woman who works the office is very rude, disrespectful, and threatening. I met my parents at the carwash after they had just spent quite a bit washing our mega cab. My daughter wanted to go with them to the lake so I was dropping her off, we're talking it was a 5, maybe 10 minute exchange. My father had back the truck up at the start of one of the lanes. People could still get in and out, an around the truck. She came out there yelling in front of my 2 kids saying that we needed to move, this is a business, people spend lots of money there. My dad said that he had just spent alot of money there. She replied that she didn't care, we needed to move and she was going to call the police. She was never respectful, she could've simply said that she didn't mean to interrupt and asked us to move. Instead she came out there yelling and demanding that we move. We will never take our vehicles there because that woman has no idea how to speak to people that make her paycheck
